Does this only work for Account Executives?

No. The 14 Q-Dimensions apply across sales roles: Account Executives, SDRs, GTM Engineers, and Rev Ops leaders. Each role emphasizes different dimensions (e.g. Pipeline Generator for SDRs, Consensus Builder for CS, Emerging Leader for Managers).

Can the Q-Assessment be used for non-sales roles?

Yes. While we build predictive models only when there is a clear measurement of success (e.g. quota attainment for sales), the Q-Assessment is still highly valuable for other roles. Even without a predictive model, the Q-Assessment equips leaders with actionable insights to better develop individuals, strengthen teams and reinforce company culture.
